This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the basis on which any personal data We collect from you, or that you provide to Us, will be processed by Us. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the EmulateMe platform (“Platform”) and any of the services accessible through the Platform (“Services”), including the creation of the Avatar (“Avatar”).
Please be advised that subject to your location of access, the Platform may be embedded within the web application of one of Our partners ("Partner" and "Partner's Application"). This Privacy Policy solely governs your use of the Platform and does not extend to any of the services offered by the Partner (or any other third party), nor to the use of the Avatar outside the Platform.
Please note that this Privacy Policy exclusively applies to the processing of personal data collected from you. i.e. if you submit a selfie for the purpose of creating the Emulation/Avatar or providing us with your email address. In the event that we do not collect your personal data, we shall not engage in its processing, and as such, this Privacy Policy shall not be applicable.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth above. We have the right to unilaterally make amendments to this Privacy Policy. In such case, the amended Privacy Policy shall be uploaded and you will be notified of that once you launch the Platform again.

Notwithstanding any withdrawal of consent, your right to access and use the Services and the Platform remains unaffected.We engage in the processing of personal data to fulfill our legal or regulatory obligations or in response to requests, as such processing is deemed necessary for the purpose of complying with the legal obligations to which we are bound.
4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

- Cloud-server service provider(s). We shall transmit information to cloud servers where We securely collect all of Our information, such as Amazon servers situated in the United States (Amazon Web Services, Inc.). 6. HOW LONG PERSONAL DATA IS STORED
We only store your personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for
which it is processed – once the purpose has ceased, the personal data will be erased
or anonymized. Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Almaya and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
- Personal Data collected for the purposes of Almaya’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by Almaya within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting Almaya.
- Almaya may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Almaya may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.
